Order of Omega Launches New Job Board to Connect Members with Career Opportunities

Arlington, TX, October 2026 – Order of Omega, the leadership honor society for members of fraternity and sorority organizations, has launched a new career center and job board at orderofomegajobs.org. Developed in partnership with TalentAlly, the integrated platform connects the Order of Omega community with employment opportunities from inclusive employers hiring through the TalentAlly network.

Available through Order of Omega’s website, the job board serves as a centralized hub for opportunities across industries and career levels. It also gives employers a direct way to connect with qualified professionals whose leadership experience and values align with Order of Omega’s mission.

Dr. Seth Ressl, Executive Director of Order of Omega, said, “We are thrilled to partner with TalentAlly to open new doors for our members as they move from campus leadership into their careers. This partnership gives our students, chapters, and alumni access to job opportunities and career resources from employers who value the leadership, integrity, and service our members demonstrate through their fraternity and sorority experience. We look forward to seeing the connections and opportunities this platform creates for our community.”

The new job board advances Order of Omega’s commitment to supporting members’ professional development. Whether they are actively seeking a position or exploring future possibilities, members can use the platform to discover employers interested in the leadership, integrity, and service they bring to the workplace.
